Inventory Management That Prevents Overselling Before It Happens

Selling products you do not have in stock destroys customer trust and creates operational chaos. We build inventory management systems that sync stock levels in real-time across every sales channel, warehouse, and fulfillment center.

6x

more costly to fix inventory system problems in production than to design them correctly from the start

Inventory Management Systems

Automated inventory management that syncs stock levels across all sales channels in real-time, prevents overselling, triggers reorder alerts, and provides the data you need to optimize purchasing decisions.

What's Included

Everything you get with our Inventory Management Systems

Multi-Channel Sync Engine

Real-time inventory synchronization between your online store, marketplace listings, POS system, and warehouse management software

Automated Reorder System

Configurable reorder points and alerts based on sales velocity, lead times, and safety stock levels for each SKU

Inventory Analytics Dashboard

Stock level visibility, turnover rates, dead stock identification, and demand forecasting to optimize purchasing decisions

Our Inventory Management Implementation Process

1

Channel and Workflow Audit

We map every sales channel, warehouse location, supplier relationship, and fulfillment workflow your inventory system needs to support. This produces the integration requirements for the system design.

2

System Architecture and Integration Design

We design the sync engine, database schema, and API integrations for each channel and warehouse system. Every data flow is mapped with error handling and conflict resolution rules.

3

Implementation and Data Migration

We build the sync integrations, migrate your existing inventory data, configure reorder rules, and set up the analytics dashboard. Each channel integration is tested with live sandbox data before going to production.

4

Training and Optimization

We train your operations team on the system, fine-tune reorder thresholds based on your actual sales data, and conduct a 60-day review to optimize sync performance and accuracy.

Key Benefits

Real-time stock accuracy across all channels

When a product sells on any channel, every other channel updates within seconds. No more overselling on Amazon because your Shopify stock count was stale. No more manual spreadsheet reconciliation at the end of the day.

Automated reorder intelligence

The system monitors sales velocity, supplier lead times, and safety stock levels to trigger purchase orders at the optimal moment. You stop running out of best sellers and stop over-ordering slow movers.

Data-driven purchasing decisions

Inventory analytics show you turnover rates by SKU, dead stock that is tying up capital, seasonal demand patterns, and supplier performance metrics. You make purchasing decisions based on data, not gut feeling.

Relative Cost of Fixing Defects

System architecture issues found in production cost 6x more to fix than those caught during design, making inventory system design critical

The Developer Coefficient

42% of developer time is lost to technical debt, often from poorly integrated inventory systems requiring manual reconciliation

Frequently Asked Questions

Which sales channels can you integrate with?

Any channel with an API: Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Square POS, Lightspeed POS, and custom storefronts. We also integrate with warehouse management systems like ShipBob, ShipStation, and custom 3PL systems. If the channel has an API, we can sync inventory with it.

How fast does inventory sync between channels?

Near real-time for platforms that support webhooks, typically under 5 seconds. For platforms that require polling, sync intervals are configurable from 1 minute to 15 minutes. We design the sync frequency based on your sales volume and oversell risk tolerance.

Can you handle multiple warehouse locations?

Yes. The system tracks inventory by location, allocates orders to the nearest warehouse for optimal shipping costs, and maintains safety stock levels independently at each location. Location-based availability can be surfaced on your storefront for accurate delivery estimates.

What happens if a sync fails?

Every sync operation includes retry logic, error logging, and alerting. If a sync fails after retries, your operations team is notified immediately with details on the failure and the affected SKUs. The system maintains a conflict resolution queue for manual review of any discrepancies.
